Concept
We get to know your business through interviews with the people involved and the decision makers, and through real examples from daily work. Together we choose the first process to hand over to an AI employee.
The concept phase is offered for a fee. If you decide to proceed with the pilot, the fee is fully credited toward it.

Pilot
We provision your company on the Kurskontrolle platform, integrate the AI employee into your communication infrastructure and connect the required tools with clear permissions and restrictions. The pilot runs for an agreed period while the platform continuously measures the agreed KPIs.

Rollout
Based on the pilot results, the AI employee moves into daily operation. We support the introduction within your team and take care of operation, monitoring and support.

How do we get started?
After a first call, we start the concept phase with interviews and real examples from your daily work. Once the first process is selected, the pilot begins for a period agreed with you.
Do we need our own IT department?
No. We set up and operate the platform for you. Your team needs nothing more than the chat tool it already uses.
Which systems can be connected?
Slack and Mattermost, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and standard mailboxes, WordPress, Threads and XWiki are available today. Further business systems can be connected through open standard interfaces.
What happens to our data?
Your data is processed on our infrastructure in Germany in accordance with the GDPR and is never used to train AI models. We conclude a data processing agreement with you.
What if an AI employee makes a mistake?
AI employees can make mistakes, just like people. That is why every action that changes something requires approval, answers name their sources, and the AI employee hands over to a person when it is unsure.
Which languages do AI employees speak?
They answer in the language they are addressed in, for example German or English. This makes them a good fit for international teams and customers across Europe.
What does it cost?
The concept phase is offered at a fixed fee, which is fully credited toward the pilot. Pilot and operation are priced individually, based on your processes and the number of AI employees.
